นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าแอป CCA Customer เก็บข้อมูลอะไร เก็บไปทำอะไร และคุณมีสิทธิอะไรบ้าง แอปนี้ใช้สำหรับดูรอบรถรับส่งตามสัญญาที่บริษัทของคุณทำไว้ ไม่มีการสมัครสมาชิก ไม่มีการล็อกอิน และไม่มีการเก็บเงิน
1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัท ดีพ อินโน ไลน์ จำกัด (156 ม.1 บ้านปึก เมืองชลบุรี ชลบุรี 20130) เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครอง ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) สำหรับแอปนี้ ติดต่อได้ที่ support@deepinnoline.com
2. สรุปสั้นที่สุด
เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณเลย แอปไม่ถามชื่อ อีเมล เบอร์โทร หรือข้อมูลใด ๆ ที่ระบุตัวคุณได้ และไม่มีบัญชีผู้ใช้ให้สร้าง
ตำแหน่งของคุณถูกใช้อยู่ในเครื่องเท่านั้น ไม่เคยถูกส่งออกจากเครื่อง และแอปไม่มีการติดตามตำแหน่งเบื้องหลัง
3. การเข้าถึงตำแหน่ง
แอปขอตำแหน่งของคุณเฉพาะขณะที่คุณเปิดหน้าแผนที่ติดตามรถ หรือหน้ารายละเอียดเที่ยวอยู่ เท่านั้น และหยุดขอทันทีที่ออกจากหน้านั้น ใช้เพื่อสองอย่าง:
- วางจุดของคุณบนแผนที่ เพื่อให้เห็นว่าคุณอยู่ตรงไหนเทียบกับรถ
- บอกว่าจุดจอดไหนอยู่ใกล้คุณที่สุด
พิกัดที่ได้อยู่ในหน่วยความจำของหน้าจอนั้นเท่านั้น ไม่ถูกบันทึกลงเครื่อง ไม่ถูกส่งไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราหรือของใคร และหายไปเมื่อคุณปิดหน้านั้น
แอปไม่มีสิทธิ์ติดตามตำแหน่งเบื้องหลัง (ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION) สิทธิ์นั้นถูกตัดออกจากตัวแอปที่แจกจ่ายตั้งแต่ตอนสร้าง แอปจึงไม่สามารถรู้ตำแหน่งคุณ ตอนที่ปิดแอปหรือปิดหน้าจอได้เลย แม้จะอยากทำก็ทำไม่ได้
ถ้าคุณไม่อนุญาต แอปยังใช้งานได้ครบทุกอย่าง เพียงแต่จะไม่มีจุดของคุณบนแผนที่
4. การเข้าถึงกล้อง
กล้องถูกใช้เพื่ออ่าน QR เท่านั้น การถอดรหัสเกิดขึ้นในเครื่องของคุณทั้งหมด ภาพจากกล้องไม่ถูกบันทึก ไม่ถูกส่งออกจากเครื่อง และแอปไม่เข้าถึงรูปภาพหรือไฟล์อื่นในเครื่อง
ถ้าไม่อยากเปิดกล้อง ใช้วิธีกรอกรหัส 8 ตัวที่พิมพ์อยู่ใต้ QR แทนได้ ผลเหมือนกันทุกอย่าง
5. สิ่งที่เก็บไว้ในเครื่องของคุณ
แอปเก็บสองอย่างไว้ในที่เก็บข้อมูลของเบราว์เซอร์บนเครื่องคุณ:
- รหัสเข้าถึงจาก QR ที่คุณสแกน พร้อมชื่อเรียกของรายการนั้น — เพื่อไม่ให้ต้องสแกนใหม่ทุกครั้งที่เปิดแอป รหัสนี้ผูกกับสัญญารถรับส่ง ไม่ได้ผูกกับตัวคุณ
- ภาษาที่คุณเลือก (ไทยหรืออังกฤษ)
ทั้งสองอย่างอยู่บนเครื่องคุณเท่านั้น ไม่ถูกส่งไปที่ใด และลบได้เองทุกเมื่อ ที่ ตั้งค่า → จัดการรายการ → ลบทั้งหมด หรือด้วยการล้างข้อมูลแอปในตั้งค่าเครื่อง
ไม่มีคุกกี้โฆษณา ไม่มีการติดตามข้ามเว็บไซต์ และไม่มีเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ของบุคคลที่สามฝังอยู่ในแอปนี้
6. สิ่งที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรารู้
เมื่อคุณสแกน QR หรือกรอกรหัส เซิร์ฟเวอร์บันทึกเพียงว่า:
- สติกเกอร์ใบนั้นถูกใช้ไปกี่ครั้ง และถูกใช้ครั้งล่าสุดเมื่อไหร่
เท่านั้น — ไม่ผูกกับเครื่องของคุณ ไม่ผูกกับตัวคุณ และไม่มีทางแยกได้ว่า การใช้ครั้งไหนเป็นของใคร ข้อมูลนี้มีไว้ให้ผู้ดูแลรู้ว่าสติกเกอร์ใบไหนยังมีคนใช้อยู่ เวลาต้องเปลี่ยนหรือยกเลิกใบที่หาย
หลังจากนั้นแอปจะขอข้อมูลรอบรถของสัญญานั้นมาแสดง ได้แก่ เวลาออก จุดจอด ทะเบียนรถ และชื่อคนขับ ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลของบริการเดินรถ ไม่ใช่ข้อมูลของคุณ
7. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
เมื่อไม่มีข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลถูกเก็บ จึงไม่มีข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้เปิดเผย เราไม่ขาย ไม่แลกเปลี่ยน และไม่ส่งต่อข้อมูลใด ๆ ให้ผู้โฆษณาหรือนายหน้าข้อมูล
เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลได้เฉพาะเมื่อกฎหมายบังคับ หรือเมื่อมีคำสั่งโดยชอบจากหน่วยงานรัฐเท่านั้น
8. ความปลอดภัย
การเชื่อมต่อทั้งหมดระหว่างแอปกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์เข้ารหัสด้วย HTTPS และตัวแอปถูกตั้งค่าให้ติดต่อได้เฉพาะปลายทางของเราเท่านั้น
รหัสจาก QR ถูกเก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ในรูปแบบที่ย้อนกลับเป็นค่าเดิมไม่ได้ ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถยกเลิกสติกเกอร์ที่หายได้ทันที และเครื่องที่เคยสแกนใบนั้นจะใช้ต่อไม่ได้
9. สิทธิของคุณ
ตาม PDPA คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ คัดค้าน หรือขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ ในทางปฏิบัติเราไม่มีข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณอยู่เลย จึงไม่มีอะไรให้เข้าถึงหรือแก้ไข
สิ่งที่คุณควบคุมได้ทั้งหมดอยู่บนเครื่องคุณเอง และลบได้เองที่ ตั้งค่า → จัดการรายการ หากมีข้อสงสัยหรือต้องการร้องเรียน ติดต่อ support@deepinnoline.com
10. การแจ้งเหตุละเมิดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
หากเกิดเหตุละเมิดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อสิทธิและเสรีภาพของบุคคล เราจะแจ้งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลภายใน 72 ชั่วโมงนับแต่ทราบเหตุ และแจ้งผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบโดยไม่ชักช้าเมื่อความเสี่ยงอยู่ในระดับสูง ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
11. เด็กและเยาวชน
แอปนี้ใช้กับบริการรถรับส่งของสถานประกอบการ ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่ผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี และเนื่องจากไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล จึงไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลของเด็กด้วย
12. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสาระสำคัญ วันที่ด้านบนจะถูกปรับ และแจ้งผ่านแอปหรือผ่านผู้ให้บริการเดินรถของคุณ

Privacy Policy
CCA Customer (shuttle passenger app) · Last updated 10 September 2026
This policy explains what the CCA Customer app collects, why, and what your rights are. The app lets you see the shuttle trips run under the contract your workplace holds. There is no sign-up, no login, and no payment.
The short version
We collect no personal data. The app never asks for your name, email, phone number, or anything else that identifies you, and there is no account to create.
Your location is used on the device only, is never transmitted, and the app has no background location tracking.
Location
The app asks for your location only while the tracking map or the trip detail screen is open, and stops the moment you leave. It is used to place your dot on the map next to the vehicle and to mark the stop nearest you.
The coordinates live in that screen's memory and nowhere else: not written to the device, not sent to our servers or anyone else's, and gone when you close the screen.
The app has no background location permission(ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION is stripped from the shipped build), so it cannot know where you are once the app is closed or the screen is off.
Decline it and everything still works — you simply will not see your own dot on the map.
Camera
The camera reads QR codes and nothing else. Decoding happens entirely on your device; camera frames are never stored or transmitted, and the app does not access your photos or other files. If you would rather not open the camera, type the 8-character code printed under the QR instead.
Stored on your device
- The access code from the QR you scanned, with a label for it, so you do not have to scan again each time. It belongs to a shuttle contract, not to you.
- Your language choice (Thai or English).
Both stay on your device, are never transmitted, and you can delete them at any time under Settings → Manage list → Remove all, or by clearing the app's data in system settings.
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party analytics are embedded in this app.
What our servers know
When a QR or code is used, the server records only how many times that sticker has been used and when it was last used. That is all — it is tied to the sticker, not to your device and not to you, and there is no way to tell one use from another. It exists so operators know which stickers are still in use when one has to be replaced or revoked.
The app then fetches that contract's trips: departure times, stops, vehicle plate and driver name. That is information about the service, not about you.
Sharing
With no personal data collected, there is no personal data to share. We do not sell, trade, or pass anything to advertisers or data brokers. We disclose information only where the law requires it or on a lawful order from a public authority.
Security
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS, and the app is configured to reach only our own endpoints. QR codes are stored server-side in a form that cannot be reversed. Administrators can revoke a lost sticker immediately, and devices that scanned it stop working on their next request.
Your rights
Under Thailand's PDPA you may access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict the processing of your personal data. In practice we hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing to access or correct. Everything under your control lives on your own device and can be deleted there. Breach notification
If a personal data breach poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and notify you without undue delay where the risk is high, as required by law.
Children
The app serves workplace shuttle services, is not directed at anyone under 18, and since it collects no personal data it collects none from children either.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected in the date above and communicated through the app or your transport operator.
